The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and excellent, we were provided with bacon and locally sourced sausages, for example. The bedroom was inviting and fantastic. The location seemed great and amazing so close to stops.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was good. The rooms were fairly quiet with twin beds, you feel like home. The staff was welcoming and very nice all that time.

Great location with parking onsite. We liked fernroyd. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Crumbs Sandwich Shop that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We do recommend & would love to stay here again.
